In Audi (China), his responsibility is the development of Audi China Tooling(ATC), localisation of manufacturing capacity\ies for BIW lines including all purchase equipments and suppliers. SQM, CRM, 3D GOM Tech. During the time, he realised 3 Projects in China with Local Suppliers till SOP in Time for Supply Chain Management, Developing 8 local Supplier and 38 Purchase parts and Quality rework rate under 8%,support increasing Turnover of ATC to 126%, Implement 3D Technology GOM and shorten the time for Quality till SOP 16% (ca.6 weeks)
In GRG Group, he support all companies in the Group on special machines and automotive and fields are Education, Quality, PPAP, APQP, KPI, Six Sigma, R&D, CRM, SQM.
He improved their QA/QS Standards, Supply Chain and reducing rework Rate manufacturing and assembly about 25% support efficiency at run to Company Turnover about 320%.
