Currently, Hylton is collaborating with various global talent consulting institutions and a business school. He has more than 20 years' experience in strategic consulting and facilitating leadership growth in Botswana, Dubai, England, eSwatini, Germany, Ghana, Italy, Japan, Iran, Lesotho, Mauritius, Kenya, Malaysia, the Maldives, Namibia, Rwanda, the Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland and Zimbabwe. His background in business, education, the Arts, digital media and multi-cultural dialogue has enabled him to coach and equip executives, middle management and emerging leaders seamlessly in diverse geographical regions. Additionally, Hylton has extensive experience working with Bank of China and Chinese professionals, which has given him valuable insights into the challenges faced by individuals from different cultural and business backgrounds, including those in Sub-Saharan Africa.



His sector experience includes automotive, IT, mining, travel, hospitality, education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical, construction, sport, FMCG, professional services (law, auditing, environmental), media, financial services (banking, insurance and fintech), oil and gas, telecommunications and the public sector.

Drawing on his expertise and in collaboration with BMC Partnership and City & Guilds China Centre's professional research in the cross-cultural field, Hylton is actively involved in developing courses that offer a unique analytical perspective to professionals in China and Sub-Saharan countries, helping them tackle cross-cultural challenges effectively
