His background in business, education, the Arts, digital media and multi-cultural dialogue has enabled him to coach and equip executives, middle management and emerging leaders seamlessly in diverse geographical regions. Additionally, Hylton has extensive experience working with Bank of China and Chinese professionals, which has given him valuable insights into the challenges faced by individuals from different cultural and business backgrounds, including those in Sub-Saharan Africa.
